Intermittent Phone Fasting - “Are you serious?!”
Yes, I am.
Your Spirit is imploring you!
Are you feeling sad, depressed, anxious, or unmotivated? Do you feel like you’ve lost sight of your life’s passion or purpose, and find yourself losing hours scrolling through various social feeds, taking in toxic news and feeling “stuck” in a haze of of “white noise” negativity? If any of this feels familiar, keep reading…this information is going to change your life.
This might sound like the beginnings of an informercial for some new miracle drug or revolutionary “therapy” but I promise, the solution is far simpler and there are no pills or expensive treatments needed…
TURN OFF THE PHONE
Incredulous? Don’t be. Putting down the phone and disconnecting from tech is LITERALLY one of the easiest things you can do right now (after you finish reading this, of course) to radically reprogram your mind, rediscover the real you, and STOP the vampiric siphoning of your spiritual energy.
I promise you, this isn’t going to be the “same old, same old” dissertation about why your brain needs a break from screen time or too much blue light…blah blah blah - that only just scratches the surface and I believe there’s a LOT more to it. Given how the technology we’re constantly bombarded with is meticulously DESIGNED to turn us into addicts, there could be a greater agenda here than many have realized…
One could even say that these micro-computers we’re basically attached to are being used to hack the most powerful computer on Earth: our minds.
Have you ever wondered how many thoughts you might have in day that aren’t even yours?
If we start to entertain the idea that our brains (and spirits) are being deliberately hijacked, the obvious question is “why?” The superficial conspiracy might suggest greed, money and power but I personally believe it goes much deeper - and that instead of racing towards a world where artificial intelligence serves us, we’re already unknowingly in subservience to it.
Intrigued? If you’ve ever wondered why a marathon scroll session can leave you feeling like a zombie, you just might find your answer here…
After all I’ve experienced and learned, I feel it’s my duty to share this message as I truly believe a phone detox is key to increasing your happiness, achieving limitlessness and creating the life you’e always dreamed of.
And I should know - I personally was one of the biggest abusers of tech during my years on Wall Street as a trader, and have determined it was a huge contributing factor to my decline in health that culminated in a 40 day hospital stay and a life changing near death experience.
The full story of how I almost left the planet and subsequently recovered was featured in the documentary Heal for Free (watch here!) but one of the biggest factors in my recovery may surprise you - in order for my body to heal, I needed to TOTALLY disengage from technology.
Surprised? Don’t be - there are numerous ways tech is harmful to our bodies. Firstly, let’s just get the concrete ones out of the way: physically, being constantly glued to a cellphone, laptop or any other screen is just NOT healthy, plain and simple.
As humans, our bodies are not designed to withstand this type of EMF onslaught. PERIOD. We’re in the midst of a massive tech overload the likes of which our species has never experienced and I have to ask - are cellphones today what cigarettes were to generations prior?
You don’t have to dig too deep to find data on how damaging EMF radiation is to our physical bodies - the underground is becoming less so, and I’m relieved to see people finally waking up to what a problem this is just on a physical level, but our minds, bodies and spirits are all interconnected…which is why over exposure to toxic tech is detrimental to the human race on a multitude of levels.
In my case, the energy of technology was so damaging to me during that time that it literally made me sick; my body rejected it like kryptonite. Even 5 minutes on my laptop would fry my system, and always triggered a setback in my recovery. A cell phone felt like poison next to me and I didn’t understand why…I just felt and saw the energy of it and it was a no brainer…keep it away.
I’ll be honest - this wasn’t easy. In spite of having undergone an intense spiritual awakening during my illness, I still suffered from“tech withdrawal” upon returning to the outside world. Why? Well, it’s DESIGNED that way - technology is literally fine tuned to cause our brains to release “hits” of dopamine, just like drugs, sex and sugar.
So, after I went through my withdrawal, want to know what happened? In the quiet, away from the noise and distraction of my blue lit screens, I realized that my sensitivity wasn’t just limited to me - with each day that passed, my certainty that a digital life is NOT conducive to the health of our biological systems solidified, even if I didn’t yet understand exactly why.
And it wasn’t just about our physical bodies either - how too much tech can harm our spiritual capabilities became clearer then, too.
When I was strong enough to start going out, I would watch others around me with cellphones on their ears and see how they appeared to be entranced, almost programmed…I remembered all too well when that was me and the feeling of being attached to the phone; it made me feel important, like a real “somebody”, but being removed from it caused me to realize how superficial and un-authentic it really was.
It took looking upon the world around me as an outsider with fresh new eyes, to see how counter-intuitive to our divine nature mass tech consumption really was.
After my 20 years since my first cell phone in 1998, here are some of the ways I TRULY believe tech harmfully disempowers us spiritually.
Diminishes intuitive ability
Decreased imaginative capacity (Einstein would not be happy)
Lowered self esteem
Lack of gratitude
Incoherent breathing
Anxiety
Unnatural dopamine spikes
Now don’t get me wrong - SOME tech is necessary, and can even assist with our spiritual awakening…if used mindfully (and in moderation).
I might sound a little extreme given my personal experiences but I’m not asking you to give up tech 100%. No way! Technology certainly has a place when used correctly, and even social media platforms can be a great way to find inspiration or discover like-minded souls.
Yet anything that helps us to get clear on our dreams can be a good thing. The critical piece here is be sure you’re awakening to YOUR authentic dreams, not someone else’s, not an advertiser or a paid influencer or celebrity personality, but YOUR dreams from your authentic self. The social media noise, advertising, propaganda, fake-news, etc…all that nonsense is competing for your attention and jostling for your soul. Will you allow it?
